Our Standard Home Inspection comes complete with a customer 40 plus page Home Inspection Report .
A Standard Home Inspection will take between 1.5 to 3 hours. We request that the client be available during the inspection to review all findings with the inspector. The client will be encouraged to accompany the inspector throughout the property except on the roof, or any other area that is deemed unsafe for the client, the inspector, or may damage the property. Our inspector will require full access to the property, which should be arranged for by the buyer, the buyer’s agent, seller or seller’s agent. At the completion of the inspection, the inspector will review all of his or her findings in the review meeting with the client. The full inspection report is available for the client to review (including all the photos) on our website within 24 hours of completion of the inspection.
Walk Through Inspection
Don’t need a full written report, but just a second opinion or the opportunity to ask questions about the home, then our Walk Through Inspection might be for you. Our Certified Home Inspector will walk you through the entire Standard Home Inspection process with the exception that you will receive all the report information verbally at the time of the inspection.
Pre-Sale Inspection
You will gain valuable information on the real condition of your home before putting it on the market. Identifying significant concerns before listing your home gives you an opportunity provide full and accurate disclosure about the properties condition, gives you the opportunity to make the necessary repairs for listing or adjusting the sale price, thereby reducing the chances of a buyer attempting to delay, cancel, or renegotiate based on the findings of their own pre-purchase home inspection.

Tarion / New Home Warranty Inspections
The Tarion Construction Performance Guide is 268 pages long and covers over 200 of the most common builder deficiencies in material defects and workmanship. Most new home buyers don’t know or understand what they can have the builder correct or have Tarion enforce the builder to correct. We do!
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Unsure what to look for during your Pre-Delivery Inspection? Want an expert who works only for you. We are more than glad to assist new home buyers through their pre-delivery inspection. Unable to attend your Pre-Delivery Inspection, you have the right to assign a 3rd party to attend in your place. In either case you will have a qualified Home Inspector assist you with this step in your new home purchase.
Our Pre-Delivery Inspection service confirms the builder has performed and documented all defects or incomplete items. We will review the builders Pre-Delivery Inspection report is complete and accurate. We do not provide an additional report, but keep record of the one the builder completes.
30 Day and Year End Inspection
The builder (the people who have to fix their mistakes and that cost them money) is required to perform your pre-delivery inspection. After that the homeowner is on his own. With both your 30 Day and Year End Inspections you have the right to have the builder complete or repair outstanding and or new defective items. But if you don’t file your own 30 Day or Year End Inspection reports Tarion can not help you. We have the experience and expertise help you thought the whole process.
